Since March of 2016 I have been a client/patient of Aaron's, during those 8 months I have made very strong progress in remediating knee and leg pain that has bothered me for the last 3-4 years. His knowledge of the muscular structure combined with my eating plan have allowed me greater flexibility and increased strength in performing daily work and enjoying recreational activities. He has designed a plan for me that works and allows me to do the hard work on my own time while regularly checking in with him.

"Balance your Fitness has changed my life! I used to dread going to the gym, but I actually look forward to working out now. Very little equipment is needed, so I am able to workout wherever I am. Aaron is incredibly flexible and worked with me to create a zoom schedule that fits into my busy life. Each 40 minute class is made up of exercises that he planned out especially for me and my abilities. He is focused on getting me the results I want without injury or beating up my body, like I have done in the past. I’m actually paying less for personalized workouts than I was my old unpersonalized gym! I cannot recommend Aaron enough! If you’ve been on the fence, just try the free class.
